We gladly replace leads
that are unqualified. Unqualified is defined as a lead that
has a bad phone number or fictitious information or is uninsurable
due to health conditions. Phone
numbers are guaranteed however email addresses are not.
Consumers often mistype their email address. |

| You have the ability to place
filters on your order, however we cannot guarantee that leads will
be delivered within any certain timeframe. Filters are
defined as but not limited to (age, number of dependants, specific
health conditions, specific geographic locations other than state
wide or nation wide etc..) It is always your
option to change areas by expanding them or to receive leads on a
state wide basis or nation wide basis. State wide or Nation
wide lead accounts will be considered for a refund if unfiltered
leads are not delivered within a 90 day period beginning on the
day they were established as such. You have the ability to
turn (off and on) your lead account. This is a service that
limits your acceptance of leads during certain times through out
the business day. Accounts are not considered for a refund
if you have restricted lead delivery through this method, except
where the account has been in the "on" position for 24
hours per day for a period of 90 days. |

| We also offer the "Unlimited
Flat Fee Lead Program" where you can pay a flat monthly rate
and receive any and all leads generated by our affiliated
sites. There are no filter options for these plans and we
can not guarantee the quality or quantity of leads produced. |
